About Lisa Walker:
Rooted in the philosophy of movement and mindfulness, Lisa is a heart-led yoga teacher and board-certified holistic nutritionist. Her journey didn’t begin in a studio—it began in the energy sector, where years of corporate life and unexpected changes led her to seek grounding and clarity. She found both on her yoga mat. What started as a single power vinyasa class became a personal practice that guided her toward stillness, resilience, and ultimately, a 200-hour YTT with Kindness Yoga.
Inspired by the twisted pines of the Colorado Rockies and the strength they embody, Lisa left corporate life to found Twisted Tree Enterprises, LLC, a venture dedicated to helping others find strength, presence, and connection. Over the past nine years, she has studied with teachers including Rod Stryker, Jeremy Wolf, and Bernie Clark, expanding her expertise to include Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra meditation, as well as holistic nutrition.
Lisa believes movement, stillness, and nourishment are the roots that allow us to grow strong and flexible—both in body and spirit. Her teaching style is slow, intentional, and rooted in genuine connection, supporting students as they rediscover their own inner steadiness and learn to thrive with grace through life’s twists and turns.
