Service Description

This 75 minute practice rotates between hatha based yoga or VinYin. Each week we will focus on one of these practices to move and create space in the body and heart. During hatha the focus is on breath, movement, longer holds, balancing, strengthening, and a juicy svasana to allow full body integration. VinYin provides more flow with breath which melds into the beautiful stillness and space of fascial focused Yin.
