Welcome to Twisted Tree Yoga & Wellness. My name is Lisa and I welcome you to your journey of health and wellness. I believe that like the twisted trees that captured my heart so many years ago, our journey to ourselves, our health, and our hearts is filled with the same twists and turns. I also believe that this journey is something rooted firmly in our bodies; and with proper nourishment, water, and attention, we can thrive against all the elements and challenges that arise.
Follow Your Dreams
Yoga found me at a time when I was struggling physically and mentally. It captured my heart and soul the moment I stepped on my mat. The practice continually reminds me of how strong I truly am, and the importance of remaining present. It is also through yoga that I discovered a love of nutrition, and meditation. These three practices naturally support one another and they have allowed me to become physically and mentally strong, as well as more flexible to life's challenges and whimsy.
I believe we all have a purpose and Twisted Tree Yoga & Wellness is mine. I spent many hours envisioning this offering, and I am excited to now share it with you.
I look forward to working together utilizing the three practices of movement, meditation, and nutrition to help uncover the personal strengths, health, and dreams that are calling you.
